I have been trying with other florist in Fresno, Ca could not get a phone # or could not get a call back, When I called the Sarata # I got a Real Person, that`s what I was needing. I spoke with a very kind, patient young man. His name is Sam; he was very helpful and worked with me, to get the arrangement I was needing. When a friend passes is very sad,and difficult, Sam made it much easier. Thank you Sam; Ruthe

I Placed an order, they charged my card. Then canceled my order. When I called and asked about getting my money back they kept transferring me to other people and then hung up on me.Yes I received my money back into my account, but the fact of poor customer service is why I rated the way I did.

Hi Janie! I looked into your account and you ordered on the 7th which is just before the weeken and so the banks cannot puıt the money back on non business days. We issued an immediate refund so your funds will be in your account tomorrow the latest and so please check back with me if there is an issue. Also please consider upgrading your review because we worked so hard to send yopur order but it was impossible to send all the colors in the bouıquet and ofcourse we issued an immediate refund. Thanks so much!

The flowers did not get delivered the day they were supposed to and I didn’t receive any email to let me know and also there was no card delivered with the flowers like they were supposed to

I appreciate that your personel are very conscientious and dutiful about their work. I'm specifically pleased that one of them contacted me to let me know that my order was delivered successfully and at a good time of the day. 5 stars and I'm a happy customer.

I ordered the pepper mint bouquet 897565-2554 but something else was delivered. I chose 897565-2554 because of the red candy like theme. Not even close but I did get something.

The flowers I ordered looked nothing like the flowers that were delivered.
