I should have read the reviews because my experience is the same. I ordered flowers and moments later I received an email my money will be refunded. No explanation. My next step if I can not contact them will be to contact the BBB. I have read they are not accredited. I obviously am another one of there victims. I did contact them and my money was credited back to my account as promised.

Yea looks like I got scammed as well. Gonna be contacting the bank and opening a case and I’m gonna contact law enforcement and try to get these scammers taken down. Seems way to many people have been scammed by them

I ordered flowers on November 18, 2023 and was to it was successful and then received an stating it was undeliverable, didn't know why but would receive refund in 2-5 business days. Did not receive and contacted them to advise. They apologized and assured I would be refunded. They sent another email on January stating refund was reissued. I recognize from other reviews the same response was sent to them from CSM Margaret Reyes. I submitted complaint to BBB

Well the guy told me he was going to send me some extra flowers in place of my teddy bear and my chocolates no one is answering the phone the phone is disconnected I emailed no one answered said they will give me my refund still no money

Buyer beware ordered flowers in November 2023. They charged me but then emailed me to say that they could not fulfil order and would refund me. Despite numerous emails NEVER GOT REFUND. STEER CLEAR OF THIS FLORIST

Wish I would of looked them up before I ordered flowers. Funds were taken out of account and email I received Sunday The flowers were being delivered to my daughter in law at home--- I have contacted my back also. Sarata Florist Sun, Jan 14, 12:01 PM (1 day ago) to me Hello Lisa, We canceled your order because the florist in the area told us that it is undeliverable. I am not sure right now as to why but I will make sure to find out what happened so that it doesn’t happen again. Hello the scam here is that you are a florist that we tried to help out. We have seen the bouquet we sent for you and our partner florist is actually excellent and working for us for a very long time. We have refunded you already but what you did was not correct nor ethical.
