If I could give a -100 for this so called company I would. This is the biggest SCAM ever. I ordered flowers for a funeral. They never arrived. I called them back and they told me they had sent me a canceled order email which I never got. The put in my email incorrect. They then sent another email stated the ordered had been canceled and they were refunding me and I should see it within 5 days. That was 20 days ago. I made another call and they kept transferring me to another person, sounded like the same person to me. They then told me they had system issues doing refunds but should be back on line next week. I voiced my thoughts about dissatisfaction of this company and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they had already left for the day. They must work short days as this call was at 3 in the afternoon. They said to call the next day and 5hey would be in. I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and will be submitting a small claims court case. I wished I would have read the reviews but never imagined.

I wish I had read more reviews before ordering from Sarata Flowers. At best, they are an unreliable company who do not fulfill their orders or appropriately handle refunds. At worst, Sarata Flowers is a complete scam. Either way, I absolutely discourage anyone from ordering anything from them. I ordered flowers for same day delivery, which Sarata cancelled as they couldn’t fulfill the delivery and would issue a refund, which I understand. However, I have yet to be refunded for the order more than a month later. I have emailed customer service and followed-up when I did not get a response. They finally responded saying the refund would be issued, which has not happened. I again followed-up and have received no response. Again, Sarata Flowers cancelled the order; the customer should not be responsible for trying to chase down a refund for an order cancelled by Sarata Flowers.

I would give this company a ZERO rating if l could. I ordered a bouquet of flowers on 8 December 2023 and my order was cancelled on 9 December right before delivery. Margaret Reys (Customer Service Manager) promised that she would investigate and refund my credit card within two business days. Neither of these actions happen. I have called every week and each week I receive a new excuse (the holidays, computer glitch, or staffing shortages). I’m at the point where I need to contact “ 7 IN YOUR SIDE” to resolve my Refund. This is an UNEXPECTED headache that I won’t wish on anyone. It’s also look like SARATA FLORIST has a history of scamming customer in this matter.

Found the company on google as one of the first hits and regrettably I did not do my due diligence. Sarata played the same trick they do with others: they took my order and payment, emailed that the order was canceled and would refund me. They obviously never refunded me. Update: I emailed Sarata with a last request to refund me which went unanswered but they did find time to ask Trustpilot to validate my review.

This is a scam company I ordered flowers to be delivered to a hospital. The order was all set until a couple hours later said they could not deliver and the issued a refund. The refund was not ever received. I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned. I will always do a little more research when ordering online. Do not order from this company !!!

I was charged $61 for a bouquet and within an hour of the order (Dec 1) the order was canceled as 'not able to fulfill order'. An email with 'your refund has been processed' came shortly after. However, as it will come as no surprise after reading the posts below-- I did not receive my refund. They responded to my email inquiring on 12/20: Hello Alison, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I apologize for the delay in processing your refund. Rest assured, I am actively working on resolving the issue, and your money will be returned to your account as soon as possible. I appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to let me know. Regards, Margaret Reys Customer Service Manager And I responded on 1/2 to inquire further with no response since (because I figured, hey, it's the holidays, we're all doing our best, follow up in the new year). As of 1/21/24, still no refund. I will be filling a fraud report as well.

I placed an order and was charged for it. Later I received notification my order could not be delivered but I was not refunded on my credit card. Their website might be a scam.

Please beware of this business. I placed an order online for 50 roses for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. They offered same day delivery. My card was charged and I received an email saying my order was confirmed. My parents never received the flowers. I received an email that same evening saying my order had been canceled (they gave no explanation) and that my card had been refunded. I have never received a refund. I have emailed the company and they will not respond to my emails. Now, looking at other reviews, I see that this has happened to multiple people. I just filed a complaint with the BBB. ***Edit….I was finally given a full refund on 1/22/2024. However, this was AFTER I filed a complaint with the BBB who opened a case and contacted the business on my behalf. ***
