Don't be deceived this is scam the cancelled my order seconds after ordering and never refunded had to file for dispute. THIS IS SCAM DONT FALL FOR IT

Everything about this company is…
Everything about this company is horrible! Order was placed, card was charged and the day of delivery I called to see where it was and they told me sorry the order was cancelled and we refunded the order. I have called and emailed 15 times in 37 days still no refund! SCAMMER

Dawn Hellooo! The funds a re back I can clearly see it and even contated the bank. Would you please look again my dear as we have an 100% refund policy that all of the management staff adheres to. If you still have an issue please let me know but sometimes people do not look for our name Sarata Flowers in the billing statement so pelase look for it carefully. Thanks so muchhh

A scam
I had tried to send flowers for a friend in the hospital, however they had cancelled the order claiming that they were out of stock. They sent an email that they would refund me the $60 I paid. It has been 2 weeks and I have still not received my refund. I had also sent an email a few days ago asking about the refund I was promised and still haven't heard anything back. I will be contacting my card company to address the issue further. Order number was 92257

Hello Allysa, So I looked into this fpr you and I see teh funds are back into youır account. Can you please look again for the Sarata name? Sometimes our customers just make a mişstake in looking at their statement. Let me know pelase because Im sure the refund is there.

No delivery and No refund
An hour after placing my order, I received an email that they wouldn't be able to fulfill my order and I would be given a refund. That was over a month ago, and still no refund. I have reached out to them 3x with no help...that was $56.70 down the drain....today is 1/13/24 and after Trustpilot became involved, I'm happy to say I finally received a refund from Sarata yesterday. Thank you!

I did not like getting a call before my…
I did not like getting a call before my order had arrived to rate them a 5 star and was told if I rated them a 5 star before it was delivered I would get an upgraded product.

Scammed like everybody else
My family member attempted to send me flowers and just like all the other reviews state the order was processed, was unable to be fulfilled and a refund will be issued. Same issues as every other bad review, and I’m not accepting “red roses were impossible to find” as I’ve seen them literally everywhere. It’s a scam company and I’m sorry my family fell for it. A quick google search should tell you all you need to know.
