The bouquet was beautifully done and arrived within only a few hours of ordering - in a snow storm! Delivery person was very helpful and friendly and refused tip. Will definitely use Sarataflowers again.

I ordered flowers on 12/22/23 and two days later received an email saying the delivery could not be made and I would get a refund. It is now 1/10/24 and still no refund. Another florist had to cancel an order I made, and I received a refund within a week. I wish I had checked reviews prior to purchasing from this company.

Order some flowers to get delivered and right next day they said they had canceled my order due to some problems . Then said my refund would be back within 2 or 3 business days . One month has passed no refund . This is disgusting, I couldn’t wish my elderly relative a happy birthday and I feel guilty

Refund deposited on January 2, 2024 per my bank. This should not have taken this long. Order was placed and paid for on 11/27/2023. Thank you for finally doing the right thing. Attitude in your response was uncalled for since you did not complete the refund until I wrote a negative review.

I typically do not write reviews, but I was scammed. I ordered flowers through Sarata’s website only to be told they could not be delivered by the date they indicated on the website AFTER i paid. I said okay, when could they be delivered and they said not for several weeks! I was guaranteed a refund- once verbally on the phone, another via email. It never happened. I keep emailing with no response. My advice, only use a reputable, well known company. I plan on sharing my experience all over social media if my refund doesn’t happen in the next couple of days. I feel like a fool, but I won’t let this happen to others. Our local news station covers scams, I am thinking of contacting them to prevent this from happening to others. They responded to this site saying I was issued a refund. I look everyday and no refund has been received.

ordered flowers to send to my mother for her birthday send me a text message if I give him a five star review in advance. He will make the bouquet bigger five hours later calls me up. Cancel my order says you can’t make the delivery. Great customer service. Never use your service again. Customers beware fraud.
