SaratafloristReviews of sarataflorist.com

What appeared to be a legitimate florist site turned out to be a total fraud. Like everyone else I ordered online a bouquet for a birthday, gave my credit card online and thought fine! But within less than twenty minutes they sent an email stating that the full amount would be refunded, no explanation given. I later checked my account and saw the initial charge but zero refund. This has been several days and no indication that a refund will be made. I will contact PayPal for the transaction and try to get a reimbursement. But DO NOT BUY FROM SARATA FLOWERS!!!!!!

I ordered some flowers on 2/9 to be sent for Valentine's Day. Order went through, everything looked fine. One hour later, I received an email that my order was being cancelled because they could not guarantee delivery by 2/14, and that my money would be refunded. Fine. As of this morning (2/21), my credit card still had not been credited with the refund. When I called, the person said "it should be there within a few more days". Unacceptable. They cancelled the order ONE HOUR after it was placed, money should have been refunded immediately. Would never use them again. 3/5: Never did receive a refund from these scammers. Luckily, my credit card company is very good and credited my account.

on Jan 16 2023 i ordered flowers for $61.32 The order was cancelled by Sarara flowers .I called them and they said we cancelled the order and a credit will be issued. When i got my credit card statement the charge was still there called them again was told same takes time for a refund. This is over 2 months i called my credit card company they are investigating . Stay away from the company

I ordered flowers for my brother's funeral on 1/27/24 for $65. I received an email 7 minutes after speaking to someone on the phone who confirmed the order that the order had been cancelled and refunded. It's now 2/20/24 and they have not refunded my money. They do not respond in email or phone. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM SARATA. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NO FLOWERS AND NO RESPONSE.

My order was canceled and said that it would be refunded with a return number given and no refund. Margaret doesn't reply to emails and what a terrible manager she is for not keeping her customers happy. Now I have to file a complaint with my bank to try and get the refund myself. Do not use this site. Buyer Beware.

Order flowers for my mother in law and they sent me an email the next day stating they would have to cancel the order and my money would be refunded. That was 2/7 and I still have not received a refund in 2/16. Reading others reviews this seems like a regular practice.

I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to a friend in Alabama. Received an email within hour of order stating that order was cancelled for unknown reasons and money $77.12 would be refunded in 1-2 business days. I reached out on 2/6/24 that refund had not been received was emailed a response stating that Margaret Rey’s the customer service would be working to resolve the issue and that money would be refunded. Still no refund nor any more contact from company
