I echo all the other reviews - this company is a complete SCAM! Ordered flowers and they charged my card. A few minutes later, got an email that order was canceled, but never got a refund. Terrible.

Scam!!! ordered flowers on November 27th, 2023. They sent me a cancellation email a few minutes after I submitted the order saying they would refund me the money within days. Well, it’s March 5th 2024 and I still have not received the refund- $95 dollars. I wrote several emails, no answer. SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS took my money, over $61 no flowers, no refund. I'm a widow living on SS, shame on them. I will report them to our Government watch agency and whoever I locate in New York about them

I'd click zero stars if I could. Not only did they take my money without delivering any flowers, they also stole my debit card information. Charges of over $600 were made with my card number before I froze the card. DO NOT order from them!

I like so many others ordered flowers on 2/21/2024 to send to my sister who just had surgery. I received a confirmation email that the flowers had gone through then received another email a little while later stating the order was canceled and my money was being refunded. It is now 2/28/2024 and I have not seen a refund as of yet. I called my bank and they said to give them 15 days and they will file a dispute. I had to end up getting flowers from another reputable company that fulfilled the order. I am echoing the sentiment of the other persons who have been tricked out of their money, DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER SITE.

I ordered flowers for a funeral. It canceled within 10 minutes and then they claimed they will refund me with in 72 hours and its been a week. They are not a flower company. They are a scam center. They take the money, claim they don't deliver to that area and then don't refund. I will be filing a complaint with the New York Department Of State. - No one should be ordering from them.

I ordered and paid and like others within an hour received an email stating that they'd cancelled the order and would refund my money. It's been 22 days with no refund. I've called several times and emailed. Now they say I'll have my refund in a few days. I won't believe it until I see it. I wish I'd read reviews prior to ordering. Sarata flowers is a scam website offering flowers. I ordered some for my mother for Valentine's Day from sarata flowers and they immediately canceled my order after taking my money off my debit card told me I was refunded and two weeks later no refund. I ended up disputing the transaction with my bank who gave me my money back however after reading the reviews of this website on BBB. Several people have been through the same exact situation.. they take your money and never give you the product or a refund. Scamming peoples hard earned money. Shame on them. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
