I've made payments on a car loan since January 2019 and have paid roughly around $38,000 for a $20,000 used vehicle. I still owe $14,000 why? When calling there is a language barrier so nothing gets resolved. It's amazing how these company's are allowed to do business period and stay open. Also with this so call simple interest loan you can not make payments towards your principal which locks you into more money paid and a per day interest rate. They should not be allowed to exist period. Terrible company do not do business with them.

I understand the need to get all the information logged in as well as setting up a username and password. This takes some time. However, this was all done paperless. That is as opposed to getting your first statement via the paper mail and then setting up autopay.
