Beautiful Sand Art
The packing was great. Inna M, my H.H.A.,(medical caregiver), She was so excited, helped me open the package and she said "amazing". I sometimes think that the student teaches the teacher. The next time that Inna was at my home, she asked me to "flip" it so it make a new design. Thank for a lovely work of Art.

I thought the art piece was bigger !
I thought the art piece was bigger !! It looked bigger in your ads !! And it was more expensive !!! I emailed customer service on how to return it with no answer or response at all ?!? Will never purchase anything again ?!?

Das Glas hat leider einen Kratzer
Das Glas hat leider einen Kratzer, ich hab’s versucht zu fotografieren, aber durch die Reflexe vom Licht sieht man das auf den Bilder nicht. Ansonsten ist es sehr schön. Der Sand läuft mir zu schnell von oben nach unten, aber ich hab es auch noch nicht eingestellt. Ich glaube, dass ist irgendwie mit Luft machbar. Es ergibt immer wieder schöne andere Bilder.

Christmas gifts…
For Christmas I ordered 4 of your sand art pictures for family members. They all live in different states and each one has told me how beautiful these sand art pictures are and how you can sit and watch them and be mesmerized by the way the sand drops. I guess I better buy me one for Christmas this year so I can see for myself. The packaging and delivery for each one was perfect and I want to thank you for communicating with me through emails on when they were all delivered. OVERPRICED SANDARTHOME
PRICES ARE WAY TOO HIGH ($106.25 FOR 10"WALL SANDART; THIS ITEM CAN BE PURCHASED ON AMAZON FOR LESS THAN 1/2 OF THEIR COST & SORRY I DIDN'T CHECK AMAZON FIRST!. TRACKING PRODUCT IS NOT TRANSPARENT AND DELIVERY WAS WAY LONGER THAN THEY SAID.THEIR RETURN POLICY IS BASICALLY NON-EXSISTENT ONCE YOU READ IT.
