Update: After speaking with customer service a few times it was determined the sand art we had received was defective. Customer service then mailed us a replacement sand art which we just received. This one works much better and the colors in the sand are even prettier than the original one was. I'm changing my review score due the fact they stood behind their product and made it right. Which is appreciated. were excited to get this piece of Sand Art. However when it arrived we were very disappointed with the quality, how it actually worked and how the sand was to have dropped to create different looks is definitely not was advertised. Extremely disappointed

The product is excellent, I can sit and watch the sand fall for hours. Updates for delivery let the whole experience down. Luckily I was in when it was delivered to my door. Had I been out I think it would have been left on the step.

We love our Sand Art. I started with the small one because of limited finances but purchased the one that can be flipped. I love the color combo of the sand especially with glitter. I am very pleased with mine and just want to add: read the instructions.

I’m a designer and pretty picky when it comes to aesthetics, but this piece is stunning. The movement of the sand is so organic, it’s like watching nature itself create art. The build quality feels premium. Solid materials, clean finish, and the colors blend beautifully. It adds warmth and calm to my workspace.
