I ordered this on the 1st of the month. The website said 1 to 4 days to ship and then would be 5 to 8 days. According to their website it was sent out on the 1st. It's now the 19th and it is STILL not here and the tracking NEVER updates. I've emailed me and they just keep telling me to wait. I've WAITED AND WAITED AND WAITED. It gets worse. Since I posted on here they have finally been in touch. They are refusing to stop the delivery - it's too late - it was a wedding gift for my son which has been and gone. They are now threatening me that it will be and I quote "Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are usually expensive..." which is contrary to the The Consumer Rights Act 2015 where they have a duty to deliver within the time frame given on their website which THEY HAVE NOT DONE. They are obviously not nice people to deal with and I bitterly regret that I attempted to purchase something from them without checking out the negative reviews on here first.

Nice concise website makes finding the right piece simple. Well priced and beautiful sand art that captivates.

Totally agree with Anne Hill review. Trouble is the more often you use the syringe to remove air the more albeit tiny holes you make to allow air back in. I have had mine for about a year and now it just sits in the study and does nothing. Do not expect this item fo function long term.

Beautiful piece of art, exquisite craftsmanship, I'm very impressed and very happy with my wall mounted sandart, it's stunning and brings me much joy. So much so I'm saving for a larger one and will buy more as gifts! Questions I had were answered swiftly and efficiently, they were very helpful. I only have good things to say about this company. I ordered a 24" and it's stunning. I was worried about the orange being too bright but it's perfect as it reminds me of the red desert sand of my previous home in Central Australia.The shimmering gold addition is wonderful! Thank you again.

I found Sand Art Ad on Facebook and since I am not trusting of what I see on Facebook, but this looked very legitimate and so I went on the search for the website and read it over and I found it was indeed legitimate. So, I perused the site and found the ideal sand art for my sister. It was a thank you gift. Ordering was easy, they kept in touch throughout the process and when I received the parcel I was extremely pleased at how well it was packaged. The sand art I ordered was a small one, black rim with blue inside. It is absolutely beautiful. My sister is so pleased with it and she has it beside her where she sits in the living room. Amazing and kind service. Thank you
