I bought my first 7” sand art piece in blue. My partner went nuts for it (as did I), so I decided to get 3 more in different colors; 2 for next year’s Christmas gifts, and one for me - so I can keep it near my chair. I’m keeping the purple (purple mountains’ majesty), and giving the red and green as gifts. Now I want one in orange. 😊

Hi Holly, We're thrilled to hear how much you and your partner enjoyed your first Sand Art — and even more excited that you’re building a rainbow of tranquility with your collection! 💙💜❤️💚🧡 The purple one is a beautiful choice to keep close — and we’re sure your lucky gift recipients will be just as mesmerized. Orange sounds like the perfect next addition... 😉 Thank you for your continued support!

I would have given 4 and 1/2 🌟 if that was an option. The absolutely ONLY reason I didn't give 5 was the light weight base. I understand that wood base would increase the cost quite a bit. Possibly a heavier plastic to make the molded base. Overall very pleased with this orange one and anxiously awaiting for the arrival of the black one!
Response from Sand Art HomeOct 26, 2025
Hi Roger, Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback — we're truly glad you're enjoying your orange Sand Art and excited for your black one to arrive! We appreciate your comment about the base and will absolutely take it into consideration for future improvements. Your support means a lot to us!

Poor customer service
Very slow shipping time. Very poor communication from the company when I reached out for an update twice. Tracking only showed that the package had shipping and when it arrived weeks after the order was placed.
Response from Sand Art HomeOct 26, 2025
Hi, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. While our products are handcrafted and made to order — which can sometimes extend delivery times — we completely understand how frustrating it is to feel left in the dark. We’ll continue working on improving our communication and tracking updates. Thank you for your feedback — it helps us get better.
