Very nice and different, calming new art
I bought the light up for my friend in black and blue and he loves it. I bought the white with pink sand and it’s on my nightstand and I love it. I bought the kit too but don’t need to use it yet.

Beautiful item and responsive customer service!
Although the shipping carrier took about 3 weeks, it was truly worth the wait! It arrived well-packaged, for such a fragile item, and even contained detailed instructions. While waiting for arrival, I emailed several times for status updates, and Emma C. always replied promptly. I would certainly purchase from Sand Art again, and would highly recommend them for beautiful, well-made products, and exceptional customer service.

Great Sand Art and even better customer service
I ordered two Sand Arts - one for me and one for a Christmas gift. Unfortunately one of the items was the wrong colour sand and this needed to be rectified. I always think the sign of a good team is how problems are dealt with. The customer service provided by Emma C. more than made up for the original disappointment - hence still worth a 5 star rating.

Slow delivery.
Ordered product almost 4 weeks ago. Have not received it. The app you provided to track the purchase shows it's been in the same place for about two weeks. Going out of town for two weeks, if product is not delivered by the time I return I will contact my credit card company and dispute the charge.

Big hit with the office
Took a while to arrive but it has been a great hit at the office. Someone is always turning it over to keep it going.
