This was the first time we were shipping directly to Denmark, and unfortunately it took slightly longer than usual while working with the local carrier. In this case, the initial shipment was returned because the product was damaged during transit by the logistics company, which prevented it from being delivered. As soon as we were notified, we arranged for it to be resent. As mentioned in our email exchange, we worked to resolve this as quickly as possible, and we sincerely hope you are now enjoying your Sand Art. After carefully checking our system, we do not have any order under your name and no record of any email communication with you. We also do not have anyone named Emily on our customer support team. Additionally, our return address is not in China. We do not provide a personal home address in China for returns as described in your review. We kindly ask you to verify where the purchase was made, as it may have been through a different seller or website. If you can provide an order number, we will gladly investigate further and assist you.
