Hello Rafi, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are truly sorry to learn about your experience, and we completely understand your disappointment. We sincerely apologize that your order did not arrive in time for your event. We recognize that custom apparel is often created for meaningful occasions, and missing that deadline meant the order could not serve its intended purpose. We understand how frustrating and upsetting that must have been. We also apologize for the conflicting delivery expectations you were given and for not meeting the revised timeline we communicated. While the delay was related to issues with the courier pickup, we understand that this does not lessen the impact on your experience. We take full responsibility for ensuring better communication and follow-up in situations like this. We are equally sorry that our previous resolution did not meet your expectations. Your feedback has been shared with the appropriate team for further review, as we always strive to treat our customers fairly and continuously improve both our service and our processes. We genuinely appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Although we cannot change what happened, your comments will help us improve the experience we provide to future customers. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment caused, and we appreciate the opportunity to review your concerns. Kind regards, Tuleen Client Success Team SameDayCustom

Hello, This is Andre, Client Success Manager at SameDayCustom. First, I'd like to sincerely apologize for the experience you described. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to miss such an important occasion, especially when the order was intended as a graduation gift. I'd like the opportunity to personally investigate what happened and review every step of your order, including the pickup location assignment, your cancellation request, the shipping decision, and the communication you received from our team. When you have a moment, could you please reply with your order number or the email address used to place the order? This will allow me to review the complete order history, our internal communications, and determine exactly where things went wrong. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I look forward to investigating this thoroughly and following up with you once I've completed my review. Kind regards, Andre Client Success Manager SameDayCustom

Hello Erica, This is Andre, Client Success Manager at SameDayCustom. First, I'd like to sincerely apologize for the experience you had. I understand how frustrating it must have been to expect same-day pickup in your area, only to learn after placing your order that the available pickup location was much farther away. Your feedback regarding the pickup location, the additional delivery fee, and the lack of communication after requesting a cancellation is very concerning. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. I'd like the opportunity to personally investigate what happened. Could you please reply with your order number or the email address used to place the order? I'll review the order timeline, the chat conversation, the pickup location assignment, and why your cancellation request was not addressed promptly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I appreciate the opportunity to look into this thoroughly and will follow up with you once I've completed my investigation. Kind regards, Andre Client Success Manager SameDayCustom

Hi Amy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and stress this situation caused. While we're pleased that you were ultimately able to obtain the shirts in time for your event, we understand that doing so required considerable effort on your part. As you noted, the difficulty in securing a courier was unfortunately outside of our direct control. Once it became apparent that drivers were not accepting the delivery request, Tuleen actively worked to improve the chances of finding a courier by increasing the tip offered for the delivery. Despite these efforts, we were ultimately unable to secure a driver before the print shop closed. That said, we understand your concerns regarding communication throughout the process. We recognize that receiving earlier updates and discussing alternative options sooner may have helped reduce the uncertainty you experienced, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We are grateful for your patience and for the extraordinary effort you made to ensure your event was successful. Your feedback has been shared with our team as we continually review our processes and customer experience. Thank you again for your business and for providing us with your honest feedback. Kind regards, Andre A. Client Success Manager
