I recently used Same Day Customs for a t-shirt order for my organization’s event; and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. The shirts arrived in great quality; the design was exactly what I selected; and the materials were solid and well-made. There was one small issue: I received two youth smalls instead of the youth larges I had requested. Mistakes happen; what matters is how a company responds. As soon as I contacted Same Day Customs; they immediately corrected the error by sending me the youth larges at no cost. They were professional; responsive; and genuinely eager to make things right. I truly value a business that not only delivers good products but also stands behind them with excellent customer service. Same Day Customs made me feel like a valued customer; and that means a lot. In fact; I often appreciate a company more when I see how they handle a mistake; it shows their true character. Because of this experience; I will continue to recommend Same Day Customs to anyone looking for custom t-shirts or other products. They earned an A+ in my book and a solid five stars.

Scam. The tshirt never arrived. Contacted them multiple times. A month later, still no tshirt. Do not do business with unless you want to waste your money
