Helpful customer service but kept having inconveniences with delivery and when it would be finished. Ordered on Thursday expecting to have the sweatshirts on Friday and finally got them on Tuesday. Also, they gave me a pickup location no where near my house. And the bigger the sweatshirt is the lower the photo is on the back which is very disappointing because it was supposed to be in the middle.

Very respectfully, I must admit that I am disappointed with my experience. I was told today I would receive a $52 refund. I spoke with Tuleen just after 5pm last Friday, & she mentioned she was still trying to find a courier and had offered to give a $20 tip to encourage someone to accept the delivery. $20 on top of the $38 delivery fee = $58 was being offered to a courier to drive one hour to drop the package off thay night. The tshirt shop closed at 6pm and would not reopen until Monday. The only way for the situation to resolve with receiving the t shirts for my event happening on Saturday required extraordinary measures on my part. I found out where the t shirts were printed in southern New Hampshire and dropped everything to drive an hour north and an hour back to get them. The t shirt printer had arranged with the business next door to allow me to pick them up until as late as 730pm, I was told. I arrived at 645 p m to find the gentleman from the store next door locking up early. Thank goodness I arrived exactly at that moment or I would have driven an hour to get the t shirts only to find the business locked with no phone number and no one contact. He was a super nice guy doing a favor for the tshirt printer, but he had no idea when I was arriving, and no name or phone number to call me because no one had told him when I was going to show up or who I was. I realize you are a business and you're trying to conserve every cent. I also understand that things happen outside of the control of a business. But to have the tshirts rush printed and ready to go by 1215 pm and to have no takers to deliver them before the four o'clock deadline I had been be given initially: Someone should have contacted me, proactively, to give me the option at 3pm to drive up and get them and offer me at least the same amount offered to the courier --- and, frankly, a bit extra to make sure I was thrilled. Unfortunately, none of that happened. I am grateful that I got the t-shirts, but it took heroic efforts on my part to get the information & make that happen. I'm appreciative I got money back- but very disappointed that I had to first refuse the offer of just the delivery fee ($38) and was then only offered a 10% refund on my order amount. I set up a design and placed an order. When I received the order, the size of the design was reduced far less than what I had requested. No one reached out to me before changing the design of my print. Customer service offered a refund of 10%.
