Good communications
Very Johnny On The Spot with communications. If it's possible, they may have over-communicated since I received both email and text updates. Shirts were ready as promised and small issue resolved quickly.

This here was an urgent matter because…
This here was an urgent matter because i was starting a new fire loss and my crew didn’t have the proper attire to wear for this new job . Thats when my business associate said that he knew of a place that can super expedite the order. I didnt believe him. Because ive heard of this same song & dance before & said theres no way well get the shirts by tomorrow. Sure enough when it was time for payment, i asked Same Day Custom Shirts, ok how many days will i receive my shirts in? They said by this evening! I said there’s no way. Sure enough the order was ready.i was very impressed by the time they made this happen by and also by the quality they use. The team now looks professional and organized.
