BAD!!!
BAD!!! In May 2024, I bought a Samebike LO 26. After riding 600 km, something in the rear wheel started making a knocking noise. When I contacted Samebike (via email and WhatsApp) and explained the problem, they asked me to send a video of the noise while driving and photos of the bike with the serial number (the bike is at that time, of course, under warranty). On several occasions, I sent them videos and photos as requested, and eventually, they asked me to disassemble the motor and lubricate it, with the note that I should disassemble and lubricate the motor every six months (I think this doesn't need further comment). After their request to disassemble the motor, I took the bike to a workshop of a friend who repairs DUCATI and BMW motorcycles. He disassembled the motor, took photos (which I sent to Samebike), and he concluded that the issue was not with the motor but with the spokes on the rear wheel (BTW, the spokes are custom-made and its very hard to buy them anywhere else and can actually only be obtained from Samebike). It was also found that the front disc is curved and that the steering bearing has developed some idling. I would like to emphasize once again that I have ridden the bicycle for 600 kilometers and that I do not exceed the weight limit for which the bicycle is rated and that I have ridden it carefully. After it was inspected by a friend, I rode the bike for one more day, and two spokes broke, which I reported to them, and they stopped responding to my emails (the warranty expires in May 2025, of course). In any case, I do not recommend buying a Samebike bicycle due to the quality of the product itself and the attitude of Samebike employees towards customers.
