SamebikeReviews of samebike.com

Should be 0 star. I regret ever buying the fat tire L02 from them as the bike is damaged and they promised repair replacement for the back wheel to no avail for the past 2 months. I’m in the process of reporting them to ombudsman as I have not been issued a replacement or refund. Learn from my experience

Do not purchase anything from Samebike! I purchased 2 folding e-bikes from them just over 2 years ago. They were gently used, always garaged, and the batteries were kept inside and always charged. Suddenly and without warning, both batteries went totally dead even though they indicated fully charged. This of course is next to impossible, 2 batteries going dead at the exact same time in just over 2 years. I found out the batteries were manufactured 2-3 years before I purchased the bikes. My belief is that there is a built-in obsolescence for their batteries. The company would do nothing to assist after the ridiculous one year warranty other than selling new batteries for more than 1/2 the price of a new bike!

I bought this bike at nov-24, but it has been a huge disappointment. The bike showed problems within 4 months, and after more than two months of waiting, they only sent replacement parts that did not fix the issue. Futhermore, I had to take the bike to a local workshop and pay for the repairs myself, as SAMEBIKE refused to cover the cost, even though the bike is still under warranty. I’ve asked multiple times for a full bike replacement, which is clearly allowed by their own warranty policy, but I’ve received no real solution. Customer service is slow and unhelpful. This bike is my main means of transportation and work, so the situation has caused serious inconvenience and loss. I would not buy from SAMEBIKE again or recommend them to anyone. A poor after-sales service ruins any product.

21 emails after ebike delivered without any notification and left in full view from the road, never to be seen again. After contacting the delivery agent they accepted responsibility and have settled with samebike, I'm still waiting for a refund, nobody responding to my emails.

Ive had my SY26-ll for a couple of months, and have found it to be amazing, I regularly use it to travel between villages in Spain where I live which include lots of steep hills and mountains, I wanted to have more information so I reached out to customer support, who was attentive and completely answered all my enquiries and followed up to check all was resolved. Thank you, top quality bike, and service to match
