The customer service was absolutely brilliant. Karen at the SameBike Customer service really did everything to make sure that my girlfriend got her bike on time and whilst accommodating our needs. The bike was easy to assemble and rides so beautifully. My girl friend now rides to work with her new electric bicycle. I recommend this brand to anyone who is interested in a bicycle. Bought Samebike RSA01 Pro City bike. No complaints so far as had it 4 months now. Rode 100km with full charge (mainly on PAS 4 and 5). All worked as expected. Although the brake power is little weak (disc brakes). But can't complain as the same spec bike elsewhere are averaging 1.5* or twice the price! Would highly recommend if you are on a budget! Also, expect battery range to drop in winter (this is normal). Very good suspension, comfortable handles and seat comfy although looks a bit drab, but the comfort matters and has suspension under seat. Tyres are good quality too.

Low quality seat came of after few days. No keylocking or digital locking.

Is very difficult to track item with I bought it was send correct item and is working correctly but they have different websites one is EU one is I think China onther. Com and I was not able to login in my accounts to check on my status because do many different websites is very confusing but product is very good 5 Stars

Extremely disappointed. Brand-new SM-C01 scooter had a manufacturing defect within a month, and the support team refused to help in any way. No refund, no replacement, no accountability. I would not recommend this product or company.
