Never, and I I mean ever use this company. They take random payments whenever they want too, they are SCAM ARTISTS!!! They need to be reported to authorities and closed down as soon as possible.

Beware of Brian Moran & Samcart or Creator U- do not click on its adverts or have anything to do with its products 3rd update - for the benefit of the Public, to clarify any questions asked by TrustPilot in relation to my review and also in response to Samcart, I am willing to send TrustPilot my receipt for the transaction which is a PayPal receipt and clearly shows that it was Samcart who billed me, cos it states this on my receipt from PayPal, for the amount of $19.00 US on August 20th 2022- I believe this receipt speaks for itself and shows the company who billed me and the amount I was charged - unfortunately I see no way of uploading a screenshot of this receipt to my review here on TrustPilot. Also I was left waiting for a reply longer than 3 days in fact my email records show that I contacted the company on August 13th and and all I got was an automated reply telling me Samcart would be in touch, until today, when I sent the company a screenshot of my TrustPilot review after which they were able to very swiftly reply to me 2nd Update - without me having to log into the account or do the survey, Samcart in their last email to me have finally informed me that my subscription was set to not renew - here is the copied content of their email to me “Hi Mary, ​ I'm happy to confirm I see your CreatorU subscription is set to not renew! That should clear everything up here I believe but as always if you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to reach back out any time, I'll be glad to help out! :) Best regards, Ash,” Update: it seems that sending Brian Moran a screenshot of my TrustPilot review caused someone called, Ash from Samcart to immediately respond to me, however, Ash informe me that in order to cancel they now want me to log in as a new customer completing a six question review which asks what I want the company to do for me and my business~ I replied and I have refused to complete the survey and I stated that I do not have to do their survey in order for them to cancel the subscription they are seeking to renew~ there is no cancellation button visible or accessible on their site and according to their email I need to complete the survey stating that I need their help selling my products before I can cancel ~ this I guess is another scam which I am not falling for ~ I will not be doing any survey for this company or offering them any more information about me or my products. Below is my initial review This company is trying to remove a rather large amount of money from my Bank account that I have not authorised them to remove - they are informing me via email of a pending charge with a support email address - I emailed the support email address because I don’t use their software - it didn’t function in my device when I purchased a trial way back in august of last year and I informed them of my experience and my cancellation and of the fact that I gave them no authorisation to remove money from my account- the automated reply’s (because I sent In a number of emails infoforming them they had no authorisation to remove money from my account after they ignored me )their automated responses claim they create a ticket and that I will be contacted within two working days so today I receive an email from Brian Moran stating that my pending charge is due in 24 hours - it appears that in order to stop these scam artists I need to withdraw all my money from the bank and close the account - if you haven’t signed up for Samcart or Creator U or any other software bundle that Brian Moran is associated with do yourself a favor and pass on by cos otherwise yiu could end up just like me having yiur rights ignored by their company and having them try to fraudulently remove money from your account

I have randomly been charged 545.61 AED after checking I have no account with SAM Cart so I am assuming Fraud. There website appears legit, but no assistance available. disgrace

I have had an excellent experience using SamCart. Their sales tracking software is amazing, and their partnership with Creator U makes building a business easier than ever - even if you have never done it before. Their customer service/billing department is top notch. There was a glitch in my account that caused me to be charged twice, but the powers-that-be took care of the problem very quickly. Thank you, SamCart!

It's only a checkout without a landing page. It's pretty expensive for what it is. I contacted them about getting a refund for the remainder of the year as I wasn't gonna use it, and they said no. They seem really strict, and that's probably because their product isn't good enough to keep people in the membership. I wouldn't use them again and I don't recommend.

SamCart is a straight forward, professional and simple approach to business.

I love the templates and the site is setup to assist with sales
