great customer service. only issue I have is shipping marine life take too long to arrive and are not responsive. they offer to send new shipment but what should happen is next day delivery so marine life have a chance guess it's to expensive to do that

It's always hit or miss with saltwaterfish.com. Usually miss. I've received more dead animals than alive ones. Perhaps they need to update their training program; my last order arrived DOA. The forecast for my area was in the 90s and the box arrived with a heating pad! Needless to say, everything in the box was cooked. Since the order was a reef crew, there was no way to tell that everything was DOA until well after their money back guarantee had expired.

The fish ordered was in excellent condition and even bigger than I thought it would be which is a bonus thanks

Delay in delivery

I was very satisfied with the selection of corals I ordered and very happy with the emerald crab too. He was very active and looked in real good shape. The best part was the shipping, the package was on my doorstep as promised and everything was packaged well and in real good shape.
