Shipping on time and no problems with corals or fish

My fish came a day after they were supposed to. When I went to put them into my tank, they were dead. I was told because I didn't get them in water with in 5 hours of delivery (because of work) that I couldn't get a refund. Terrible experience. They charge so much for shipping and handling but can't even get them to me on time.

I love the quality of the fish and packaging received from each order I've placed with saltwaterfish.com. Everything ever received has been healthy. The only issue I would have is that some of the free fish received from coupons have been very small, but other than that, no complaints!

We honestly didn't know what to expect from buying fish online. We have a company that comes to our home every week to clean the tank and also brings us new fish and coral. We had problems with losing alot of fish and other things in our tank so we decided to give saltwaterfish. com a chance...we figured what did we have to lose?! And we are MORE then happy that we did!! We were shipped 6 of the most beautiful, described exactly as they were on their website, and they all survived the travel and the acclimation!!! Our tank is thriving with beauty!! We will definitely be purchasing again!!

Excellent service great selection. Will purchase from again!

Love this company. Nothing but great and reliable reef. My flags are amazing. After my first reef flag package I was so impressed I doubled the same order. That is how satisfied I was.

I looked and you had just what I wanted and got it in a timely manner. Thanks

Whenever I need something in a hurry I can always depend on Saltwaterfish.com to get it to me. Thank YOU tons for being there.
