Not bad.Not Grate
Not bad.But some of the stuff I ordered was a little crappy.Not all of it was that way some of it was just as I would expect.So over all Ok.If the order was good all the way I would have gave it more stars.

Well
Well, I was google searching online fish sellers and this place popped up. I was browsing their site and found it to be very pleasant to the eye. Very reasonable prices (Cheap!)They have a deal going on for Free Shipping over $79 dollars, so I went and did that. I had a few questions so I got ahold of them via LIVE CHAT and by far hands down the best customer service I have talked to. Thank you Mary for one of the best online experiences ever. Will be back to get more in the future!

Fish came dead
Ordered three chromis and one goby. All three chromis came in one bag and one was dead. Ordered previously from here and this is the first time one arrived dead. Shipped fast in 2 days.

The fish arrived healthy

Small company feel / responsive service / keep it up as you grow
Small company feel, responsive sales and customer service folks on the other end of the phone/chat. Packaging was good and the fish arrived well. The only drawback to the small company feel was a less detailed acclimation instruction sheet, which at times conflicted with the acclimation video on the website (e.g. Anemone: a bag or drip), one (of 5) fish seems to hover at the top of the tank and doesn't look like they will make it.
