Ordered two File fish and received two dead file fish. Took pictures of dead fish and was was told pictures were not good enough. Looked perfect from my sent mail box. The following day my credit card was hacked by someone in Florida. ( ie) same location of their store . Not happy

I ordered 2 clownfish and an anemone. They arrived on time as promised, in great condition. I followed the acclimation process and now several days later all are doing great.

Long waiting (about 2 weeks) to receive items. Customer called in to check shipping status. The representative told me "a new customer need to verify credit card". It sounds not right.

Service is awesome and processing for taking care of fish tank perfect. my fish tank getting is so nice and better and better.

Items not packaged properly. I paid extra for priority overnight shipping to arrive by 10:30 am. Shipment arrived at 10:10 which was fine, but upon opening the box the water temp was 62 degrees. One fish was dead on arrival and the others were very weak and having problems. After an intense acclimation, the three other fish seemed to be doing well. This morning the Tiger Shrimp is also dead. Saltwaterfish did not pack properly for the overnight shipment as there was only 1 small heat pack in the box that was stone cold when I opened it. Don't think I'll order from them again.

When I received the box it was warm/hot to the touch. My 10 blue hermit crabs came steamed in the bag their little bodies were outside the shells. Only 1 survived the cross country journey. The mandarin dragonet I purchased was on its death bed. I quickly began the process acclimating her but she didn't make it long. She also had ich. I was extremely happy with my Hammer WYSIWYG frag. It is doing great and has two heads! The rest of my Coral and WYSIWYG was great. My order was shipped from CA not FL like I was expecting. I suspect the box overheated in the FEDEX truck the day of delivery. It wasn't delivered to me until late in the day.
