My shipment was delayed, when I contacted customer service they didn't seem to care. Just said send pictures of the loss. The flame angel was doa. I ordered two large bubble tip anemones. One was large, about 4-5 inches, the other was about 1 inch and died. The lion fish was close to dying and it's water was green. Will never order from here again.

Fast shipping, but lost my yellow leather, it never recovered from the shipping plus my derasa clam didn't make it either. I have had some really good luck and not so good luck with what I have ordered.

Great experience and healthy livestock. I had absolutely no issues. Follow their acclimation instructions to the letter and you should be OK if your livestock was healthy to begin with. Whenever you purchase aquarium livestock there is the potential for death and disease, but I don't worry about that with Saltwaterfish.com because it's clear they are very customer service oriented.

I purchased two snowflake clowns. The customer service was outstanding, the shipping was fast and fish arived very lively and healthy. The packaging was professional it came with directions and a container for acclimating. I would definitely purchase from saltwaterfish again.

The live stock arrived in great condition and were very hearty from the moment I acclimated them to the quarantine tank. Very pleased with them now that they have been introduced to the main take. The order shipped promptly and arrived as expected.

Great products but very disappointed in delivery. Was paid for overnight due to livestock bit was sent 2 day. Reason was fedex problem. That may or may not be true but it does not help the stress in the livestock. The "free" flame angel did not make it.
