First time ordering was easy

The worst business I have ever purchased from!!!!! If your fish dies you get store credit if you order another with this credit and it dies they don’t give you a refund! Is a total scam?

There was initially a problem with my order. With other companies, I found that they always attempt to place blame on you rather than taking responsibility. Saltwaterfish.com was thoroughly concerned and sent a reshipment free of charge. Even though I had my doubts at first I definitely will be ordering from them again. Great Company!

My order was delayed due to weather (ice storm). The possibility of fish living throughout an additional day in packaging was slim. I've always wanted a Borbonius (Blotchy) Anthias. Only to receive it one day later DOA, really bummed me out. Via chat, Chrissy helped me out tremendously. Not only did she handle my claim with speed. She was able to get the Borbonius Anthias shipped out the same day. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks to Chrissy's great customer service, I will definitely shop with saltwaterfish again. I also will refer to my clients...Chrissy you are Awesome!!!

So far i havent had any problems.......waiting on delivery so we shall see . They came highly recomended from several people

So far so good! Have to wait to get my fish but the website is very user friendly and carries great variety of coral and fish to add to my collection!

i've purchased from saltwaterfish several times. they are awesome at packaging the orders, but in the event something does die they do take care of you. they also have awesome livestock!

I've had great experience with saltwaterfish.com. Pricing is kinda high for a lot of species, but their sales are great. Usually have shipping issues but FedEx is better than UPS or USPS, so what can you do there. I also like the variety.
