I thought my whole buying experience was fres definitely will buy here again

This is my first time ordering fish online. I would say it was mostly a positive experience. The Sailfin Tang and the Mimic Tang look great. The Naso Tang is showing signs of being stressed, but she eats well and should be good after some time for adjustment. I matched the salinity that the fish were shipped in and let the fish stay at that for a few days as I looked for signs of parasites. There hasn’t been any sign of white spot. Only the Naso has blotchy scales that I hope will improve over the next few weeks. I have raised salinity to normal levels and begun copper treatment. This is only for precaution to ensure no white spot is introduced into my main display. The shrimp look great as well. Unfortunately, I have had a couple of casualties. A snail died and it’s shell is now home to a hermit crab and the emerald crab died. The only negative I would site is that the emerald crab was very bleached on arrival having me worried it wouldn’t make it from day one.

Have purchased 7 orders in the last month many many fish, corals and ..., had 6 items arrive DOA or pass within 48 hours. Requested credit/replace, yet only 2 where accepted. Not sure how this process works?

They said my order would be shipped within 2 business days. I placed my order a week ago and just now got an email saying it shipped. Ridiculous.

This is getting a bit sad, company appears unable to answer phone, email or fulfill my order. Current have been on hold for hour plus, stupid to think they are going to answer and likely point will not be taken serious but the communication here is one sided. They seem to think they have the upper hand and customer is of little value.Funny how their message indicate my call is very important, joke?
