Saltwaterfish.comReviews of saltwaterfish.com

This place is a great place to shop from. Once you receive your first order, you can tell they put alot of care into the shipping process. I did have one problem when I order some anenomes. They had a torn foot and ultimately died. But they have a great return policy and credit your return funds to your saltwaterfish.com account which can be used towards your next purchase. I've made several orders and only had that one problem. Overall, I would highly recommend this site to everyone.

fast shippment of quality products

Both fish I ordered were sent to their death. They came at a very cold time but ensured me that they would be packaged up and warm. Right if this was fresh water fish the bag would have been a block of ice no heat inside packaging but newspaper. Customer service was rude over the phone when asked how to do the refund. Got refund back roughly 3 weeks later.

I got some fish that were doa so they gave me a credit, great right, well when you go to reorder your credit does not go to the total to qualify for free shipping???

poor customer service. was unable to fulfill my order and failed to check with me before shipping.

Great company, I am a regular customer and will remain a customer.

They do a really good job and quality fish and corals. The customer service is hard to reach by phone but very responsive by email and online. They made a couple of mistakes on orders but always made it right.

I have recently made my very first purchase of marine life. I have read many reviews of negativity towards swf. I received my order and after 20 hours in bags and transport all my fish showed up alive. The butterfly appeared dead but was acclimated anyway and BAM....to life it came. It has been a while now and 100 percent of my order is still alive. Swf was very helpful. My thoughts are maybe some of you are not the Aquariust you thought you were. This aint goldfish. I will do business again.
