So far, my first order went great! The fish were healthy and are doing great. Just ordered round two and I'm expecting the same!

WHERE IS MY PAID ORDER???
Been waiting on a paid order for over six weeks. They already have my money. The order has "not passed inspection" twice, hence I have received nothing. Now I am hearing they don't have one of my items. They make no attempt to follow up on unfulfilled orders, instead it is YOU who must continuously follow up with them to try and get a resolution. The first time I ordered from them, no issues. This time has been a disaster. $160 of my money taken, nothing delivered. Not good

Order a blue tang and it got held up in shipping no flat to seller but they keep me in the loop so I wouldn't be wondering where my fish was. Fish had a hard time with long shipment and ended up not making it after that submitted my guarantee request and the next day they gave me a credit for the total of the fish. Great customer service. Just made my 2nd order with saltwaterfish.com with no worries at all about the quality of the fish or the way they keep you informed if they have any issues with my order.
