I was very pleased with the service and personal attention I received from Saltwaterfish! This was my first time ordering with them and I had an excellent experience. After ordering, I realized that I needed to make some changes to my order and their online system for handling requests worked extremely well. I had a same-day response to my request and the changes were made. Unfortunately, one of the fish I ordered was dead on arrival, but I followed the instructions for their guarantee and I had my refund within the same day of filing my report. All the other fish and invertebrates that I ordered arrived in excellent condition and they have acclimated well to my aquarium. I would definitely recommend them if you are considering ordering marine life online.

I have ordered several salt water fish, a few didnt survive. Getting the store credit was easy and quick. I would definitely recommend ordering fish from them... local pet store doesnt give any credit if a fish doesnt survive!

My first order with Saltwaterfish.com. I ordered a Lineatus Wrasse and he came in a little beat up, unfortunately he died a few hours after the 15 day guarantee ended. I paid $200, and he's dead. I'd order from Liveaquaria where they will extend the guarantee of their livestock, and their customer service is much better. I called and their service reps, and said they could do nothing. STAY AWAY!!! Take your hard earned money elsewhere.
