OUTSTANDING customer service. Very quick and easy to work with. Online chat as well as phone support are very good. Everything arrived alive. One specimen died overnight on the first night and the guarantee process was very quick and easy. Packaging was very good. The cold pack was still cold when I opened the box. I will order again.

This is the third time I have ordered from them all of there fish died and spread ick to my tank and killed some of my fish and they did nothing I left a review on there fish but they only show reviews they want you to see will not order again

I have ordered 3 animals from this company. I have one that has survived. I received a porcupine puffer and a bubble anemone on first order. The puffer had ich which I treated and is now doing well. The anemone was bleached (only color was on foot) and in poor condition on arrival. The anemone died. I received a store credit for anemone. Now a couple months later I decided to try to use store credit. Can't be used with any other discount. I got $48.99 credit for anemone. I ordered the blonde naso tang it arrived today in very poor condition (barely breathing) and after acclimating carefully to a 20 gallon quarantine tank it died this evening. They do not issue any credit on an order using store credit. So the extra $50 (shipping & packaging) I spent on the tang is now also gone. I feel bad for the animals and my money too. Terrible experience. I have several saltwater tanks and do my research to take care of these animals responsibly. At least my puffer Happy is thriving now. I am hoping for some type of action from saltwaterfish.

Shopping on the website is easy. Easy to check out with multiple payment options. Did have to use the "Chat" person to be able to edit my shipping address as the system wouldn't allow me to do it. My chat person found my acct quickly and the problem was fixed in less than 3 min. Good shopping experience. Now to just wait on my coral and hope it's as nice as the pictures (WYSIWYG) and that it arrives in good shape. The free shipping was an added bonus,
