Received healthy snails

2 issues within 2 days of dealing with this company. First they didnt want to honor the freebie I chose and had me choose a different one even though said freebie was still advertised. Second I had 1 shrimp doa a $6 shrimp and they didnt want to honor the replacement. Its live aquaria for me from now on.

The guarantees are questionable. When the fish come in they aren't moving in the tiny bags. After the first shipment, you were telling me they were still alive, and to acclamate and put them in the tank. I do, still no movement, but you're telling me they are still alive. Then after the period is up, you want pics to show they are dead, but now it is past the replacement period. Now you listen to me the customer, that they were in fact dead, but since you didn't accept the fact, upon receiving the package, you don't honor the guaranteed. Also, when the order is several fish, or cleanup crew, unless they are ALL dead, you don't warranty any of them. If you warranty fish, it is in a store credit, not a replacement of the fish. To replace the fish, you must order them again, and they cost again because the shipping and packaging cost more than the original fish did. So by the time you get fish that will survive, you've paid for them multiple times, and paid the shipping multiple times, just to have the specific fish alive in your tank. ie. My tank has algae tanking over because I need adequate clean up crew. I have ordered 4 times the cleanup crew bundles, now over 100 of them, and I only have 5 snails and a few crabs alive. The others never moved in the bag when I got it, but you claimed they were still alive. And my tank is covered in algae. I leave them in the tank until the diamond gobie buries them up and then you want me to dig them out just to prove they are dead. That risks the other fish because I have to disturb their environment to dig the snails, startfish, etc. out of the sand, etc. But unless every one of the snails are dead, none of them are dead according to you for the warranty. This is good for you, but not good for the customer, because their tank is still fishless unless they BUY them over and over again, and the shipping over again. My tank is over a year old now, and I have one yellow tail blue damsel still alive from a year ago. But everything else I've bought over and over, because they either have died in shipment or within a day or so afterward. The cost, well over $2000 for fish that were under$25-40. Each time, the shipping was $25-45 to ship and another $10 to package.
