Finally, someone I can trust...
I had two items arrive dead. They quickly responded with a free reship of the two items. All the other fish arrived healthy and strong. So happy I found someone I can trust.

Fish arrived very healthy and hungry
Fish arrived very healthy and hungry. Packing was perfect. Nice little insulated cooler with a heat pack and a box designed to hold the little cooler. The drip method for acclimation they suggest works perfectly and fish was eating 15 minutes out of the bag. This is my fourth purchase and I am a pretty loyal customer now. They have varieties that my local store just does not have.

Made me pay for their incompetence
Placed an order with free shipping, they forgot to include a heating packet, received frozen dead anenome. rather than replace it they wanted to charge me an extra $40 (shipping + packaging) to replace it. Will never shop from them again and will be sharing my experience as a warning to others.

Beyond your local, there are other weather factors to consider, such as the route in which your order takes to get to the final destination. We are sorry your Anemone did not survive. DOA items are eligible for a full refund if the guarantee process is followed.

Received my order promptly
Received my order promptly. It was packaged very well and an information sheet; guide to acclimate was on top. I ordered 2 feather dusters and a long tentacled anemone, sized medium. The water was pretty dirty I must say, in both bags. The worms are like small, very limp cooked noodles. The anemone however was a lot larger than expected. Just very leary due to the filthy water they were in. Sure hope they all make it. Thanks for the prompt delivery, free shipping and good prices.
