Almost our entire order showed up DEAD! porcupine puffer, sand star, sea hare, green crabs... These folks should loose their business license!

I live in buffalo Wyoming and have never ordered fish online I drive over two hours to Montana to get fish and the selection isn't great your selection is amazing and I took advantage of your $79 free shipping my fish all were alive and are doing great in my aquarium the money I saved in gas not driving to Montana pretty much paid for my order I will be ordering more in the future and will tell my friends that also make the drive to Montana thank you for a great service

Was very impressed with the ordering process and thought how nice to use chat for questions. While using chat with a live body on other end they became very resourceful. I forget the employees name "sorry" but rather than encouraging me to buy what i wanted he/she advised me to go a rather safer easier and ends up being cheaper route. After waiting like a kid i tracked the order and used home to get it the minute my door bell alerted me. Once opening the box I noticed one of my purchases didn't make it. KEEP IN MIND WE ARE ORDERING LIVE FISH ONLINE THINGS HAPPEN I followed up with a representative named Mary. This is when I decided to leave my first ever review anywhere. Mary was very Patient and kind while guiding me through the Guarantee Request process. She also went out of her way to help me with other questions and concerns with my tank as she is very knowledgeable. Thank you for a very pleasant customer service experience.

I have ordered fish and cleaning crews from them. All have arrived well packed and in the time stated/expected and in good condition. We had an issue with 1 Pajama Cardinal and it was dealt with quickly and as expected. They are VERY helpful and responsive via email. If I have one wish it would be to be able to have better phone and live chat coverage during business hours. Again, while the email responses are very good, sometimes it's just nice to have a live person someone to speak/chat to/with. I will continue to purchase from them with no reservation about the quality of their stock.
