I'm limited with options where I live so this is my only other reasonable option. The return/guarantee policy here is still beyond ridiculous and unacceptable. If u buy something on store credit and it dies, you lose your money. And they decide how your credit is used. It's still asinine and absurd, but whatever I guess. If I had more local options I'd go that route, but I don't so that's just how it is.

I had a store credit and with purchasing replacement fish I had to pay shipping and a package charge, which as far as I am concerned I paid those fees on the original order, this total BS, I will never purchase from Saltwaterfish.com ever again. LiveAquaria here I come to buy my fish.

Placed my order after chatting online with a customer rep. He explained how to specify what I wanted (like sex of the fish species). My order was delivered on time and everything was alive and well.
