Great Service, Beth was great and answered all questions during the process.

Aaron was rude and didn’t seem to understand some of what I was telling him. He gave me a quote with no points yet when he sent initial closing disclosure, it had points. The fee dollar amounts changed from one closing disclosure to the next.

I looked at Sage based on their Robinhood discount but found that they were the lowest price overall. The staff was great throughout the experience and we are glad we choose them.

Pretty bad experience. Closing kept on getting delayed. I literally had to call folks multiple times.

Had to continually give the same information to multiple different people after it was already submitted in the portal. I was switched multiple times to different people handling my refi (not sure why). Multiple times there was no response for multiple days on how things were going thru both phone calls and e-mail. The last lady actually was able to get things going to get it done. The rate and closing costs were the only thing that kept me going.

Great software to track end to end. And all officers are very responsive and on time.

They worked quickly and efficiently to make the application a breeze. The underwriting was not too bad either, that can normally be the place where loans die. But they did a great job also. I would use them again!
