Underwritters process can be improved. Lots of last-minute requests which should be addressed from the beginning. If there are standard procedures and required documents, it should be addressed in the beginning, not towards the end where you are scrambling to get something in immediately at the deadline.

The staff is exceptionally helpful, professional, responsive, and a true pleasure to work with from start to finish. The process is fast and seamless. The only issue that I was told the discount rates for autopay and credit union would be applied after the loan was approved but they were actually already reflected in the quoted rate.

good experience overall. I just wish sage does support RON/ electronic closing. That will make it so much easier for me as an out-of town home buyer. The wet signature created a lot of hassle toward the end.

Helpful - somewhat inefficient with title company though - you would really ace it if you officiated documentation centrally instead of handing off to other team so that we have one point of contact, submission, and processing throughout.

Would like to have worked with one rep - it felt as if their were instances where messages became crossed.

Everything was great, until we got to the closing process, which was a bit sloppy/disorganized. Still got a rate that would have been hard to beat, though.
