I’ve purchased and sold several homes in the past 5 years and I could not believe how effortless it felt on my end. Paul’s friendly nature, accessibility and immediate response to any questions I had regarding the loan made me feel very confident in the process. The efficiency and communication from Paul and the Sage team to my realtor, Title company and myself was recognized by all. The representative from Title even commented on the low closing cost from Sage! My realtor plans to follow up with Paul to recommend Paul to her clients. They made a 30 day closing effortless and closed on time!

Deceptive Mortgage Tactics, Bait and Switch Tactics, then malicious discriminatory retaliation. I was pre-approved for a refinance loan at the original loan originator stage. Then after over 10+ attempts to call, email, left voicemails, etc. with the processor and no responses I received a message from a supervisor two days before closing that the numbers were different after underwriting and it was a difference of 50k out of pocket closing costs. So between the two computers calculating differently it went up 50k in cash less than 36 hours before closing and the rate lock would expire. After this occurred an email was sent requesting the loan be withdrawn, it was written and agreed upon as a loan withdrawal then the loan manager submitted it as a denial rather than a withdrawal.

Allmi can say is they did adequate job at letting me take out another mortgage on my double wide. Even assured me I wouldn't lose it because with my smooth talking I'm for sure going to be able to pay it bsck. God is good, all the time, all the time God is good. Glory Hallelujah

I had a great experience working with my Paul Grady. From the beginning, he was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. He took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure we felt comfortable with our decisions. What stood out the most was his commitment to getting our loan approved and closed on time. He stayed on top of everything, communicated clearly, and was always available when we had questions. His dedication and work ethic truly made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Very rude and pushy loan officer The loan officer had a pompous, condescending attitude, did not want to listen to anything we said, reminded me of a high pressure car salesmen. I would recommend steering clear of this shady company. You are making probably the largest purchase of your life and have to find someone you trust. This type of behavior is intolerable.

High turnover, very slow on correcting of errors. Excuses from Representatives, the customer service nonexistent. The company states on the recording when nobody answers. We are closed on observation of Thanksgiving. This was last week recording on Feb25. 2026. if you’re a veteran getting a loan, do not use them use that united lots of confusion. stay away go somewhere else veteran United or a different bank that knows how to work with vets. They are not vet friendly.
