I have been shopping at Safeway since the early 2000’s. The prices are starting to go out of the roof. I understand that you have to make a profit, But come on now. These prices are starting to look kind of crazy. I know that you are in good business and I do understand that. I’m just speaking from the consumer side. I do appreciate the lecture in this and great customer service door and check out though.

Safeway in Ft Lupton, CO needs some new Mgt, the store is always dirty, items out of date, no wipes for the carts. Tiffany in the pharmacy is the only asset to the store. The two woman at customer service should not be allowed to talk to people. I hope this town get a new grocery store soon!

We are in the middle of a pandemic with SARS-Cov-2 cases soaring in Maryland, business restrictions have just been added, yet Safeway personnel is handling customers' purchases WITHOUT wearing disposable gloves. I asked the store manager this morning why her people weren't wearing gloves like Whole Foods, her response was: "It's NOT a requirement!" I left what I was buying at the checkout and exited the store.

Each time I order from them, it comes complete and on time.

They shouldn't get one star. They PROMISED that I wouldn't have to deal with Door Dash but who came tonight? TWO door dash orders. I have such little faith in this company. They tell you something then it doesn't happen. Poor customer service. I am handicapped and wanted to return items that were sent by mistake and now I have to do it? It used to be a great store but something is missing, like keeping your word.

Always shop at Safeway’s but that will change if the bacon in the deli doesn’t sell Australian bacon. What the heck is going on when it states ingredients are 10 percent Australian. Surely this is not on even Coles sells Aussie bacon. Not content with ripping off dairy farmers with loss leaders now this. Not happy.

I am not sure why site is not working now today anyway but I hope everything will be totally damn fine anyway for those guys, maybe some temporary error and I am more than happy to have it possible with them. How do you do with such ?

I shop at Safeway out of necessity and access to my apartment. I find some of the prices to be pretty high. I do like variety and choice and in most instances, they provide a good selection. I've found their in-store brand of frozen pizza to be a good value and can't go in without trying a Lucerne ice cream. My only criticism is that prices can be lower.
