Kathy the server at the hot food area. Was truly unpleasant to interact with. I understand people having bad days and not wanting to be at work, but if you’re gonna be noticeably upset while doing your job, you shouldn’t be doing a customer facing job. With that said that part wasn’t even a big deal and normally I wouldn’t even say anything to it. But the fact that she was mocking the sushi chef for speaking a different language while directly in front of me was not OK. I don’t know if she has personal beef with the sushi chef. From my point of view, it just seemed racist and uncalled for to do when she wasn’t talking to her directly. I truly hope Kathy is not like this to her all day.

Order delayed, then canceled and twelve days later I am still waiting for my refund…. I won’t be shopping with Safeway again.

I was very disappointed that no Canadian fruit was available. Most of the fruit was from USA. I would hope that at this time with all that is going on our Canadian store would carry Canadian options. I was looking for peaches, berries and apples. All of these were from USA I ended up going home with African oranges. Terrible. Looking for different Canadian options.

It is really a pleasure shopping at Safeway , Bradley Blvd. Fatima is so welcoming, friendly and full of life. This store is pristine and well lit . Thank you for a job well done

Safeway is a grocery store and it’s really popular in Colorado where I used to live. They had great prices but my favorite thing to do in the store is coupon! This store is on point for mixing coupons and their everyday deals!

I love coming here to shop they are great with their customers and they treat me like family. I love coming here my first place I come to. Love love love this store.

I shop online and I've been shopping at Safeway for years. Started about pandemic shopping. Online prices are a bit high, but lately, the service isn't that great. They pack my stuff hot chicken on top of ice cream, etc called to complain and they act like they don't care. So I've switched to Walmart shopping because the prices are high at Safeway, but I like the quality of their stuff. But when I have damaged goods and they don't care. Then I'm done . Too many dates to put on this app of when I've gotten terrible service. I let it go by fault, but this last delivery was disgusting. And then worked my way out. I think that would be like the very the best that's when to go off. I just feel if I take best way to go back

I really enjoyed going to safeway a few years ago. When I felt like a valued customer. I dislike the new system of the carts locking up. I called the store about it and was told to call a number, the guy on the other end sounded out of it and barely spoke English. My complaint went no where. I watched a poor guy have his cart lock up when he was trying to leave the store. A paying customer! I have an injured spine and legs and how painful that is. I decided I am boycotting them. I'm switching my meds to a better place to do business with. I'm disappointed in safeway would treat good people like this. Everything is so expensive then you get treated like a crook. Very humiating!
