Michelle
The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I expected that the Safe Motorist to send the Certificate automatically to the Insurance Company (since they required the Policy number when registered) and not have us to manually download and email the certificate to the Insurance Company.
Response from SafeMotoristJul 15, 2026
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback, Michelle! We understand the expectation — it would certainly be more seamless if the certificate went straight to your insurer. While our current process requires you to download and send it directly, we've noted your suggestion and appreciate you sharing the idea.
