The course itself was fine, however, I completed it almost a month ago and still have not received either a discount from the insurance company or a confirmation from Safe Motorist that the insurance company has been informed about my completion of the course.

This online defensive driving course is designed to sharpen your driving skills, build road safety awareness, and qualify you for an insurance discount through GEICO. If your insurance is with GEICO, they should have received our completion reporting by now — if the discount hasn't shown up yet, you're also welcome to provide them with your course certificate directly. Waiting 5 days fr the certificate was not explained up front an many driver's were lead to believe that they had pay for it.I find this very misleading.
