It’s a helpful resource for both caregivers and agency administrators in the ability to complete courses and track training progress. Onboarding was very fast and seamless. My onboarding specialist Nehal went through the platform effortlessly and answered all my questions thoroughly. She also followed-up with me to ensure the platform is still functional to my business needs. It is user friendly and very easy to use with hundreds of great modules! I highly recommend!

Learn2Care is a useful and convenient online training platform that allows users to complete their courses at their own pace. However, there is still a lot of room for improvement, particularly in the app's stability and performance. Sometimes the app or website crashes or displays an error, interrupting the learning process and causing frustration. Addressing these technical issues would greatly improve the overall user experience. On a positive note, Tanvi is excellent at providing assistance and guidance. She is supportive, helpful, and a great resource whenever we need help or have questions.
