The program was easy and user friendly
The program was easy and user friendly, however the low discount I received is not what I was expecting. The amount of money I spent to register for the program is the same I received in my auto insurance policy discount. Go figure!

Charge you extra to deliver an existing…
Charge you extra to deliver an existing digital copy of your finished course, leave you no choice because otherwise you have to wait 5 days to get the DIGITAL certificate. Disgusting practices, makes you think of who might be running a platform like this.

We do offer an expedited digital option as a convenience for those who need their certificate quickly, but we understand the frustration if that wasn't clearly communicated upfront. My only criticism is having to wait…
My only criticism is having to wait until the established "time" to do the module was met before I was able to take the unit test. It was too long,
