The stupid voice biometrics was not working making unable to do the course.

The course was informative. I was disappointed that I had to pay additional money to have the results of the course available in a short time. This is the day of the computer; those results should be immediate.

They don’t offer the for New York and when you buy the course don’t even mention which state are available.
