I am satisfied with the lawn system itself. I was not told about initial payment up front. This is why I'm giving a 4 instead of a 5 the initial payment was fine but I would have like to have known about it upfront I did not find out about it until I checked my bank statement

I gave you four stars on it because it was my fault that I allowed the installation to be done after 5 o’clock. The sales lady was great! The installation guy was very knowledgeable but it took him longer than anticipated.Otherwise the system works great and I’m glad we chose to get our system upgraded.
