Very good service from all the guys

The price was easily affordable! Everything that was promised by the salesman was delivered by the tech and the customer service reps that i have interfaced with so far! All were courteous, helpful and very professional! We've only had the system a short time, but it works as advertised and we love the security it provides! We also love the mobile app which allows us to activate or deactivate it from wherever we are!

The whole experience was professional and efficient. The sales representative was very professional and really persuaded me to hear him out and make the change. Then, the technician was thorough and patient in setting everything up. Great customer service!

Joe was very informative and answered all our questions and helped us to understand all the workings and what to expect. Quincy was here right when Joe said he would be. He went right to work and had our pad installed and also helped to get our phones hooked up with the alarm system so now we'll be notified anytime the alarm sounds. we also had our rental home equipped with Safe Home Alarms.
