Received a awesome job

Everything went very smoothly. No problems. Very satisfied so for. Time will tell. Disappointed that the door bell volume could not be made louder. We cannot hear the door bell. Well something happened to the drive way camera. The camera is not recording. Called and reported this problem. Now awaiting someone to come and fix this problem. Now the door bell camera is not recording, Called again and reported this. We only got this Saturday and now NOTHING works, NOT COOL ! OK, a tech came today and got everything working. Today is Tuesday. Lets hope all will continue working as it should. I didn't like that the cameras were inop for a day and one night. I'm sure he got here as quick as he could.

Installation was quick and fairly easy. The techs communicated on location and explained equipment. They explained the use of the equipment and the apps. It’s been installed for a couple of weeks. It works great. Communication with the company has also been very good.
